We are kicking off a new initiative to keep our clients more informed of what’s new and what changes are coming. Our goal is to keep clients in the know of current and future changes at Anchor as well as communicating any changes that will directly affect our clients. This proactive approach will add additional value though NexGen AV, Spam Filtering, Advanced threat Protection, Threat Hunting, and much more. We will be rolling out these tools with a series of communications to all our customers to ensure we can minimize business impact while providing exceptional value and protection to our client environments.
Anchor is Striking Back against Cyber Criminals! We recognize the cyber threat landscape is changing daily. As such, we are actively working on a more proactive approach to cyber security and protecting our clients from these threats. As your organization grows, so does the threat of becoming a victim of ransomware, phishing, and other cyber threats. The larger the organization, the more attractive you become to cyber criminals and the threats they pose.
Email is still the #1 threat for businesses in terms of attacking your people, your brand, and your business.
Anchor has partnered with Barracuda and is dedicating resources to roll out their advanced spam filtering product to help protect your organization from the threat of ransomware, phishing, and data loss. Since 91percent of cyber-attacks start with an email, we are adding Barracuda’s advanced email spam filtering to all our O365 clients over the next few weeks. Previously a premium feature, we recognize that with the changing threat landscape a more proactive approach must be adopted. With Barracuda Essentials security services in place, we are going to:
- Stop targeted phishing attacks with URL protection.
- Provide dynamic threat analysis& real-time threat detection.
- Integrate directly with Office365 API.
- Provide central management for the Anchor Help Desk support staff for ease of use.
- Deliver cloud-based anti-spam, inbound and outbound anti-virus, extra phishing protection, DDoS.
- protection, advanced anti-malware, full-system emulation sandboxing and URL protection to foil typosquatting.
